CORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Appointment: KONEK ENERGIES hereby appoints the Dealer as a non-exclusive authorized reseller of
   KONEK ENERGIES Power Bank, Power Stations & other energy-related products within the designated
   territory.
2. Pricing: Dealer agrees to adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy set by KONEK
   ENERGIES. Undercutting the market price without written consent may lead to termination. Please adhere
   to this, so you can make a profit selling our products.
3. Warranty: KONEK ENERGIES provides a 6-month limited warranty on all power bank units. Dealers are
   responsible for initial inspection upon receipt.
4. Branding: The Dealer is permitted to use KONEK ENERGIES' logos and marketing materials for the sole
   purpose of promoting sales only. No modification of branding is allowed.

4. WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. Warranty Period: All KONEK Energies Power Banks are covered by a 6-month limited warranty.
   effective from the date of purchase by the Dealer.
2. Factory Defects: In the event of technical malfunctions or factory-related defects, products may be
   returned to the authorized KONEK Customer Support Team within your specific state or region. You
   can also visit our website to contact our Customer Support Team. Upon verification of the defect, the
   company will provide a functional replacement unit.
3. Exclusions: This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects only. KONEK Energies will not
   provide an exchange or refund for units showing signs of:

• Physical/Body Damage: Cracks, dents, or broken ports.
• Misuse: Exposure to liquids, extreme heat, or unauthorized repairs.
• General Roughness: Excessive wear and tear or cosmetic negligence by the end-user.

5. PAYMENT & LOGISTICS

All orders must be paid in full (100% upfront) unless a credit line has been officially approved in
writing. Shipping costs from the KONEK ENERGIES warehouse in your country are to be borne by the
dealer.
